A Message from Dynelle J. Lunsford, Owner & Operator of Hilltop Paradise Jamaica
Hilltop Paradise was born from a deeply personal vision, rooted in legacy, restoration, and the belief that luxury should not overwhelm the spirit, but instead restore it.
For as long as I can remember, land and ownership represented more than just investment to me. They represented freedom, security, and generational promise. Raised in an entrepreneurial household in Danville, Virginia, I learned early that resilience and vision are the true foundations of success. Years later, after building a career in finance, real estate became not only my profession, but my calling and an opportunity to create spaces that change lives in all economic classes.
For more than two decades, through Ajialon Properties, I have worked to provide housing solutions rooted in dignity, access, and stability across the United States.
Yet one dream always lived quietly within me, and that was to expand beyond borders and build something that reflected both my heritage and my highest vision of peace. That dream found its home in Boscobel, Saint Mary Parish, Jamaica.
When I first stood on this hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Ian Fleming International Airport, I knew immediately that this land was sacred ground for creation. The stillness of the hills, the rhythm of the waves, and the quiet energy of the sky all whispered the same message: this is where serenity lives.
Hilltop Paradise Jamaica was created to honor that whisper.
This is not a traditional vacation property. It is a sanctuary, a place intentionally designed for those who seek calm over crowds, restoration over rush, and meaning over excess. Every line of architecture, every interior finish, every view has been curated to invite reflection, exhale, and renewal.
Our philosophy is simple:
Luxury should feel peaceful.
Travel should feel personal.
And Jamaica should always feel authentic.
Hilltop Paradise reflects my life’s work—real estate with purpose, hospitality with heart, and ownership as a bridge between legacy and tomorrow. It is my prayer that every guest who enters our doors feels lighter, calmer, and restored; that the world feels quieter here; and that each stay becomes a memory carried long after departure.
As we open our doors in on January 30, 2026, I welcome you not just as a guest, but as part of a story that spans continents, generations, and possibility.
With gratitude,
Dynelle J. Lunsford
